Agreed. I think these databases are invaluable this time of year. Likewise, the State Net Regulation Tracking and State Net Regulation Full-Text databases are great places to find up to date information on proposed rules. I like to set up alerts on both bills and rules of interest. Then, I do not have to keep going back to check on them!
